Bu çalışmada, değişik geometrik form ve çaplarda çelik lif katılarak üretilen betonların basınç dayanımlarının tahmini için, tahribatsız deney sonuçları kullanılarak Adaptif Sinir Ağına Dayalı Bulanık Çıkarım Sistemi (ANFIS) yöntemiyle bir model geliştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, 4 farklı geometrik şekil ve oranda çelik lif katkılı 10cm x 10cm x 50cm boyutlarında toplam 27 adet betonarme kiriş numune üretilmiştir. Deneysel çalışmada deney değişkeni olarak çelik liflerin geometrik formları esas alınmıştır. Deneysel çalışma 5 seriden oluşmaktadır. Birinci seri yalın, ikinci seride HE (kancalı uçlu), üçüncü seride TABIX (dalgalı lif), dördüncü seride RC-65/60-BN (iki ucu çengelli) son olarak 5. seride FE (düz ve kancalı uçlu), çelik lif kullanılmıştır. Dört seri halinde üretilen lif tiplerinde 20, 30 ve 40 kg/m3 olarak lif içeriği kullanılmıştır. Üretilen betonun basınç dayanımının belirlenebilmesi için 27 adet 100mm x 100mm x 500mm boyutlarında kiriş numuneleri üretilmiştir. Üretilen tüm numuneler 28 günlük kür süreleri sonunda tahribatlı ve tahribatsız deneylere tabi tutulmuştur. Deneyler sonucunda elde edilen veriler ANFIS yönteminde girdi parametreleri olarak kullanılarak modelleme yapılmıştır. Betonun yaşı, schmidit ve ultrases geçiş hızı modelin girdisi, basınç dayanımı ise modelin çıktısı olarak kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen ANFIS modeli ile tahmin edilen basınç dayanımları, tek eksenli basınç dayanımı değerleri ile karşılaştırılarak modelin tahmin yeteneği test edilmiştir.In this study, produced by adding in different geometric forms and diameter steel fiber compressive strength of concrete can estimate by using the results of non-destructive testing a model has developed by Adaptive Neural Network Based Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. In this context, four different geometric shapes and rate of steel fiber reinforced 10cm x 10cm x 50cm size concrete beam specimens produced total of 27 Pieces. In experimental study geometric forms of steel fibers are based on as an experimental variable. Experimental study consists of five series. The first series lean, second series, HE (hook-tipped), the third series TABIX (wavy fiber), the fourth series RC-65/60-BN (two ends of the hook) lastly 5th series FE (flat and hook-tipped), steel fiber used. Four types of fibers produced in a series of 20, 30 and 40 kg/m3 were used as the fiber content. In order to determine the compressive strength of the concrete produced 27 pieces 100mm x 100mm x 500mm size beam specimens were produced. All samples were produced at the end of a 28-day curing time were subjected to destructive and non-destructive tests. The data obtained from experiments conducted modeling using ANFIS method as input parameters. Concrete age, ultrasound and Schmidt transition speed of the model input, the output of the model is used as the compressive strength. ANFIS model is developed and estimated compressive strength, uniaxial compressive strength values were tested by comparing the model's ability to predict.
