This study was conducted to determine indicator plant species of Anatolian black pine (Pinus nigra subsp. pallasiana (Lamb.) Holmboe) which is a main forest tree species having distribution in Acipayam district (Denizli). Totally, 100 sample plots were located in the area. Vegetation data matrix was arranged by using binary data (presence and absence data) of the species. Next the data matrix was examined by using inter-specific correlation analysis (ICA). Finally, 6 positive indicator species and 9 negative indicator species of black pine were determined. Among those species, Taurus cedar and Brutian pine were respectively found as the most significant positive and negative indicator species of the Anatolian black pine in the district.Keywords: Acipayam district, Indicator plant species, Target species, Black pine, Interspecific correlation analysis
Bu çalışma Acıpayam (Denizli) Yöresinde yayılış gösteren hedef türlerimizden Anadolu karaçamının (Pinus nigra subsp. pallasiana (Lamb.) Holmboe) gösterge türlerinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada 100 örnek alan verisi kullanılmıştır. Vejetasyon veri matrisi türlerin var-yok durumu itibariyle düzenlenmiştir. Daha sonra bu vejetasyon veri matrisi nitelikler arası ilişki analizi yardımıyla değerlendirilmiş olup karaçam için 6 adet pozitif ve 9 adet ise negatif gösterge bitki türü tespit edilmiştir. Bu türler içerisinde karaçam için sedirin (Cedrus libani A. Rich.) yöredeki en güçlü pozitif gösterge, kızılçamın (Pinus brutia Ten.) ise en önemli negatif gösterge bitki türü olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
