When choosing the plant location, it is necessary to minimize the sum of long term and invisible expenses. It is not easy to estimate the social changes of that region in the future. For this reason, it is very difficult to evaluate cost factors. Broad and expensive research projects must be under taken so that cost factors could be determined the experience and heuristic abilities of decision-makers that is important when they decide the place of the plant location. In this study, instead of using existing methods in location analyses, Friedman F statistics, which is a non-parametric test has been used. It was also tried to identify the tendencies of decision-makers about choosing the plant location.Keywords: Plant location, Non-parametric test, Friedman F statisticsKuruluş yeri seçimi yapılırken uzun vadeli ve görünmeyen maliyet unsurlarının toplamını en aza indiren bir yerin bulunması temel ilke olarak ele alınır. Bölgenin gelecekteki yeri sosyal değişimi konularının ölçülmesi ve belirlenmesi kolay bir iş değildir. Bu sebeple görünmeyen maliyet unsurlarının değerlendirilmesi oldukça zordur, geniş kapsamlı ve yüksek maliyetli araştırmalar gerektirir. Yer seçicilerin deneyim ve sağduyuları bu konuda çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmada kuruluş yeri seçiminde kullanılan görünmeyen maliyet unsurları ile kuruluş yeri seçilmesi yöntemleri yerine, parametrik olmayan Friedman için F istatistiği yöntemiyle belirlenmeye çalışılmış ve görünmeyen maliyetlerden hangisinde seçicilerin eğilimin yoğunlaştığı ortaya konulmuştur.Anahtar kelimeler: Kuruluş yeri, Non-parametric test, Friedman F istatistiği
